Grandmother Flora apartment is a portion of the Tuscan Tradition house, and could be composed of a double bedroom with two windows, one facing west on the mountains and the other facing north on the garden and the olive grove. A bathroom complete with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and with a window looking over the garden, olive grove and barbecue / oven. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary accessories and appliances, it is completely bricked as it was originally, has a Carrara stone sink (recovered) and a fireplace recovered as it was originally.

Upstairs there is the orange bedroom equipped with three single beds, which can be excluded on request The exterior is shared with the guests of "Olivo". It is very large and pleasant thanks to the very spacious yard, equipped with tables and chairs, with entrance from the kitchen. Adjacent to the square there is a functional barbecue with sink and above all an ancient oven, recovered as it was originally. Alongside there is a structure with a Carrara marble base, ideal for rolling out pizza or handmade pasta. Next to the oven / barbecue there is a large green area equipped with a table, benches and deck chairs. The other portion of the traditional Tuscan house, called "casa Olivo", is divided from the Nonna Flora house by locked doors.
In comune con gli altri ospiti ci sono circa 16.000 mq prevalentemente a oliveto, la zona lavanderia completa di lavatrice e lavatoio e l’ampio parcheggio fino a 16 posti auto.
Tutta la zona compreso il parcheggio sono illuminate nelle ore notturne.
