Cancellation policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 21 days before check-in
- 80% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
- 50% refund if you cancel at least 8 days before check-in
- No refunds if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in
Custom policy due to COVID 19

Damage and Rules
During your stay, if the traveler or people staying with him they were to damage the property, the relative costs beyond the deposit will be civilly.

Eventi consentiti: feste di compleanno, riunioni familiari, matrimoni.
