“Tradizione Toscana” House it is equipped with all modern comforts, but ancient materials were used in the renovation willing to bring back the Tuscan countryside Tradition.

The floor was completely recovered with the typical terracotta bricks of 14 × 28 cm. Widely used up to the last century in Tuscan rural buildings. The stone structure of the house has been left exposed, somewhere even internally on the lower floor. Upstairs there are two connecting rooms though with private access. The "orange room" has three single beds and the "purple room" has a double bed. Particularly interesting for both room are the two windows, one facing the other, which allow the view of the sunset over the Alpi Apuane (west) and the sunrise over part of the olive grove (east).
On the lower floor there is the "blue room" with a double bed, again with a double window for the sunset over the Apuan Alps (to the west). The other window overlooks the garden, the barbecue, the ancient external oven and the olive grove (to the north).
The “green room”, with a window over the mountains and a French window with a small south-facing balcony, also has a large sofa bed and a table. It can be used as a relaxation area, study or as a bedroom, thanks to the double sofa bed and the single bed which, if not used as a bed, is a small additional sofa.
Next to the green room there is a large "yellow dining room" and television area, with an impressive fireplace that characterizes it like a piece of furniture even in the summer months. From here a wooden staircase leads to the "Viola double bedroom".
The two kitchens are equipped with all the necessary accessories and appliances.
"The yellow kitchen", completely built in brick as in origin and with sink in reclaimed Carrara marble, has a fireplace as it was originally. The two windows face north over the barbecue / oven and garden. The French door face the east over the yard / square. The external square and the kitchen are particularly cool, as the sun comes directly only in the second part of the morning. From the "yellow kitchen" starts the staircase to the "orange room" which has three single beds. The "red kitchen" is modern in style with a three-leaf window overlooking the mountains. On the wooden shelf there is a chessboard that can be used for the game of chess and checkers.
There are two bathrooms, both finished with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The "green bathroom" has bore stone walls and a window overlooking the garden, the olive grove and the barbecue / oven. The "gray bathroom" has a double window from the shower over the rural landscape to the south and from the sink with a window over the yard to the east.
The private outdoors are very large and pleasant, thanks to the very spacious courtyard equipped with tables and chairs, with two entrances from the built-in kitchen and from the dining room. Adjacent to the courtyard there is a functional barbecue with a sink next to it and above all an ancient oven, restored to its original state. A structure with a Carrara marble base next to it, ideal for rolling out pizza or handmade pasta. Next to the BBQ aerea there is a large private garden equipped with a table, benches and deck chairs. wood for BBQ even is stacked here. Sometimes it is the olive wood that gives a pleasant flavor to the meat on the barbecue. To share with the other guests of Tramonto there are approximately 16,000 square meters of land, mainly of olive groves. The laundry area fitted with washing machine and sink, the large parking area for up to 16 cars and the service room area for bicycles or storage room complete the setting.
