The living area consists of a very bright open space, the "mandolata" (Typical Tuscan structure of bricks) rebuilt to its orinal design, its high light is a huge window overlooking a breathtaking view of the Apuane Alpi and Mount Pania to the west. From here we thought of the name ”Tramonto” (sunset) which certainly characterizes it.
The southern part has a huge window overlooking the surrounding farm buildings, the valley, Mount Gragno and the town of Cardoso; the starting point for trekking routes. The open space is finished by a closed fireplace, also useful for heating thanks to some vents. The kitchen area is fully furnished with all the necessary accessories and appliances. Also in this space there is a sofa bed 2.20 meters wide, which can be used for two guests, the TV and a relaxing/reading area. There is a wooden staircase with storage underneath, leading to a mezzanine, with wooden floor, and an open space, habitable, with two single beds.
On the north side of the house, there is a large double bedroom, also equipped as a small study. From the corridor between the master bedroom and the open space you have access to the bathroom, furnished with shower, toilet, bidet and sink with a large window facing east.
Outside there are two gardens on the south side (entrance to the house), accessorised with barbecue, sink, table, chairs and deck chairs. Below is a terrace overlooking the valley and the surrounding mountains.
You will share with the other guests approximately 16,000 square meters of land mainly of olive groves, the laundry area furnished with washing machine and sink, the terrace, the safe room for bicycles or storage, and the large parking area for up to 16 cars.
The two private gardens on the entrance side are always illuminated at night as well as the parking lot.
